Clients with Pre-existing Medical Conditions

We invest significant time in personalising every program, consultation, and plan for our clients. Due to the bespoke and digital nature of our services, the following refund terms apply:

No-Refund Policy

Why We Follow This Policy

• Every plan is custom-built based on your individual health profile, goals, and medical history
• Substantial preparation and expert time is invested from the moment of enrolment
• Digital content, resources, and access are delivered immediately upon payment
• Personalised nutrition plans cannot be "returned" once created and shared

Cancellations

Cancellations are not permitted once a program or service has commenced. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, missed check-ins, or non-participation at any point during the program duration.

Program Pause — Limited Discretion

In exceptional circumstances, clients may submit a written request to temporarily pause their active program. Any such pause is subject to the following conditions:

• A formal written request must be submitted via email before the pause date
• Approval is entirely at the sole discretion of N-Rich Nutrition
• Pauses are time-limited and will not automatically extend the program beyond its original duration
• Missed sessions, check-ins, or modules during the pause period cannot be recovered or rescheduled
• Repeated pause requests may not be approved

Non-Transferability

All programs, plans, and subscriptions are strictly non-transferable. They may not be gifted, sold, or reassigned to another individual under any circumstances.

Certain N-Rich Nutrition offerings operate on a subscription or recurring billing model. The following terms apply to all subscription-based services:

• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled or paused in advance
• It is the client's sole responsibility to manage, pause, or cancel their subscription before the next billing date
• Failure to do so will result in continued access and billing — no refund will be issued for charges already processed
• Subscription fees are charged in advance for the upcoming billing period
• N-Rich Nutrition reserves the right to revise subscription pricing with prior notice

N-Rich Nutrition respects your privacy. All personal and health-related information shared with us is treated as strictly confidential and handled with care.

Information We Collect

• Personal identification details (name, age, contact information)
• Health history, dietary preferences, and lifestyle information voluntarily shared during consultations or assessments
• App usage data, progress tracking entries, and interaction logs
• Payment-related information (processed securely through third-party gateways — we do not store card details)

How We Use Your Data

• To deliver personalised nutrition guidance, plans, and follow-ups
• To track your progress and adapt recommendations accordingly
• To improve the quality of our services, content, and app features
• To communicate important updates, reminders, or program-related information

What We Never Do

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, N-Rich Nutrition shall not be held liable for:

• Any adverse health outcomes resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information provided by the client
• Consequences arising from a client's failure to follow concurrent medical advice from their treating physician
• Misuse, misinterpretation, or unauthorised redistribution of our educational content or program materials
• Interruptions or technical failures in service delivery beyond our reasonable control
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services

All content, materials, programs, app features, visual assets, written resources, and tools made available through N-Rich Nutrition are the exclusive intellectual property of the brand.

Strictly Prohibited

• Copying, reproducing, or duplicating any program content — in part or in full
• Sharing, forwarding, or distributing materials to individuals outside the enrolled program
• Screen-recording, photographing, or otherwise capturing private session or app content
• Using our content or brand name for commercial purposes without explicit written permission

N-Rich Nutrition reserves the right to revise, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions and all associated policies at any time, without prior notice.
